| IFR Capital plc is an acquisition platform targeting small and medium- sized businesses in the continental European food industry. As IFR is a Cypriot registered company, Computershare was able to provide a registry solution to fit the requirements of an expanding organisation in line with local jurisdictional requirements. Following consultation with Cypriot lawyers Computershare was able to arrange for IFR's register to be administered by Computershare's partner in Cyprus and thus enable Computershare to provide a Depositary Interest service for the shares being listed and traded on AIM. |
