150th Live DI

We are delighted to announce that Enova Systems recently became our 150th UK Depositary Interest client. Enova is a leading supplier of environmentally friendly digital power components, most commonly used in commercial vehicles saving fuel and reducing pollution.

Enova had previously engaged Computershare to support their US (AMX) and UK (AIM) listings. Following the expiry of a restriction period Enova asked Computershare to create a Depositary Interest to facilitate their UK listing CREST settlement requirement.

As part of the Computershare DI implementation process we identified that there was an existing CREST Depositary Interest. After comparing the CDI with the Computershare DI product, Enova and their advisors were keen to transfer to Computershare’s DI service to ensure transparency and enhance shareholder communication.

Through Computershare’s global online reporting system, Enova are able to enjoy a consolidated online view of all registered and depositary interest holders held on Computershare’s system.

“It was essential that there was no disruption to the market in terms of settled trades. Computershare managed the entire process and provided a seamless transition from the CREST Depositary Interest settlement mechanism to their own Depositary Interest service.”
