last two years, Computershare has acquired and integrated businesses to
drive local and global synergies and thus has achieved an impressive platform
of products and services that can be consistently offered across all of
our regions. Historically, each business unit has developed separate business
relationships with their clients based on their specific product requirements.
Going forward,
in line with the new time zone management structure, our revenue growth
strategy will further focus on the development of a unique integrated
service solution for our clients. The implication of this cross selling
approach is that we will bring our global expertise across all product
and services groups to develop a one-provider solution for our clients
that will seamlessly deliver maximum efficiency and flexibility of offering.
