1. I have forgotten my PIN, how do I reset it?
 

You may reset your PIN at any time by following the process below:

1. Log in to: https://www-uk.computershare.com/Employee/Login/CompanyIntroduction.aspx

2. Select ‘Employee Plans’ and click the 'Forgotten PIN’ link

3. You will be prompted to enter your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN), and then asked to answer the security questions which you set up on your first login. If you answer these correctly, you will be prompted to change your PIN. If you fail to answer the security questions, your PIN will be reset and you can choose for this to be sent to you via email or post.
