Search your inbox for email from equateplus.com, you may need to check your spam folder too.
If you still cannot find your User ID email, go to
www.equateplus.com and follow the onscreen instructions for retrieving your EquatePlus User ID.

Your share plan portal has been upgraded to an EquatePlus account. Your information is available on EquatePlus by logging in at
www.equateplus.com.
- Login. Go to www.equateplus.com and login using your new EquatePlus User ID, which will have been sent to you via email.
- Request password. Follow the onscreen instructions to request a new password and complete the login procedure.
- Set up. Once you have logged in, complete your EquatePlus settings – selecting your preferences and completing any necessary forms and agreements.
- Begin exploring. Now that you are in, you can view your portfolio or learn more about EquatePlus; a tutorial video and Help section will get you started.
Your new User ID will have been sent to the email address that you have registered with Computershare to receive information about your share plan account. This may be your work or personal email address. Please check all your email accounts if you are not sure which email address you may have provided. Remember to also check in your email account(s) spam folder.
If you cannot find your User ID email anywhere, please go to www.equateplus.com and follow the onscreen guidance for retrieving your User ID (“Forgotten your User ID?”).
Your old User ID and password are not valid for use with your EquatePlus account. Please use the new User ID and password provided by EquatePlus.
