Your Rio Tinto share portal has changed


Your account has been changed to Computershare's new platform EquatePlus.
 
If you are a current employee, you can access EquatePlus via single-sign-on through myRioTinto. You can also access your account online via www.equateplus.com using your new EquatePlus User ID which was previously emailed to you.

Cannot find your User ID email?
Your User ID was sent to the email address we hold for you. Search your inbox for an email from Plan Administration You may need to check your junk/spam folder.

If you cannot find your User ID email and would like to receive another one, visit www.equateplus.com and click on ‘Forgot User ID’ link. If no email address is held in our system or you can no longer access the email address we hold for you, please contact the call centre using the numbers provided below.
